Born and raised in New York City, Allyson Carr made her Broadway debut in Mamma Mia! followed by Elf: The Musical. Off-Broadway credits include Standard Time, How to Be a Man, and Everchanging. Regionally she has appeared in On Your Feet, How to Succeed, Cinderella, Guy and Dolls, Anything Goes, FAME, The Boyfriend, A christmas Carol, and many others. Allyson has also danced back-up for Britney Spears, P!nk, The Rolling Stones, Ariana Grande and has appeared on screen in 30 Rock, Wolf of Wall Street, The Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris, and Isn't It Romantic with Rebel Wilson. She has toured the world with various dance and performance companies including the Latin fusion company La Santalousand is excited to be back in NY.

Allyson is an identical twin who has been performing professionally since she was 6 months old. She began working in Film and TV at 6 months old and attended the School of American Ballet and the Steps Ballet Kids program. Allyson attended the High School of Performing Arts and received her BFA in Dance at NYU Tisch. She studied with various modern dance companies before going into the commercial dance feild.
